For investors, our typical turnaround time is around 40 days, and for home buyers, it’s between 40 to 65 days.

Initial Meeting:

During our first meeting, we explain our services, answer any questions, and establish your “buyer’s brief.” Once everything is clear, an engagement fee is paid (amount varies based on the service chosen).

Pre-Approval & Start:

Once your finance is pre-approved and the engagement fee is paid, the search begins.

Research & Shortlist:

We conduct in-depth research and provide you with a shortlist of properties based on your criteria.

Your Decision:

The final decision to purchase is always yours, but we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

What happens if I change my mind on an area or a type of property once I engage you? Do I have to pay another engagement fee?
